Lovely flow through sliding glass doors from the master bedroom, living room and family room all lead to the patio, pool and spa with ramp access. This 3 bedroom / 3 bath mountain retreat has 3 queen beds, 2 twin rollaway beds, 2 Aero twin beds, crib, highchair and 2 beautiful brick fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the family room. 2 televisions, DVD's and a VCR. A ping pong table and gas BBQ are on the patio. This home has very large rooms, a dining table seating 8, plus ALL amenities including a seasonal pool.

• $750 for minimum 2 night stay
   exceptions: Holidays - Minimum 3 night stay
   Thanksgiving & Christmas - Minimum 4 night stay
• Stay for 4 nights, rate drops to $350 per night
• Midweek Special: Stay Tues. – Thurs. for $335 a night
• For groups over 10 people there is an additional charge of    $15 per night per person
• Doggie Deposit $200 and Doggie Fees $15 per night per    dog
• Rates do not include Tax, Cleaning Fee or Security    Deposit
• Prices subject to change without notification.

Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee. Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive a deposit refund minus 5%. Holidays 45 days in advance to receive a deposit refund minus 5%. If a shorter notification is given the entire deposit will be forfeited. The rent will also be forfeited unless we are able to rent the house out for the same time period. Responding to this web site means you have read this Cancellation Policy and agree to it.
