Lovely flow through sliding glass doors with ramp access, from the master bedroom, living room and family room all lead to the patio, pool and spa. To complete your outside activities there is a Gas BBQ, Relaxing Lounges, a Couch Swing and Ping Pong for a few competitive games. This 3 bedroom / 3 bath mountain retreat has 3 queen beds, 2 twin rollaway beds, 2 Aero twin beds, crib and highchair. There are two beautiful brick fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the family room to cozy up and relax in front of, read, or watch TV. There are 2 TV's DVDs and VCRs, one in the Master Suite and one in the Family Room. Dining table seats 8, plus 2 extra tables and chairs for more seating. This home has exceptionally large rooms and is architecturally arranged so that adult family evening activities will not disturb sleeping children. A Home made for family enjoyment

   Exceptions: Holidays - Minimum 3 night stay
   Thanksgiving & Christmas - Minimum 4 night stay

• Midweek Rate: Tues. – Thurs. $335 a night
• For groups over 10 people there is an additional charge of $15
   per night per person
• Doggie Deposit $200 and Doggie Fees $15 per night per dog
• Rates do not include Tax, Cleaning Fee or Security Deposit
• Prices subject to change without notification.

Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee. Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive a deposit refund minus 15%. Holidays 45 days in advance to receive a deposit refund minus 15%. If a shorter notification is given the entire deposit will be forfeited.
